　The present draft differs very favourably from the former programme [at Gotha].
　The strong survivals of outmoded traditions ? both the specific Lassallean and vulgar socialistic ? have in the main been removed, and as regards its theoretical aspect the draft is, on the whole, based on present-day science and can be discussed on this basis.
　現在の草案は、先のゴータ綱領よりも非常によく出来ている方向で違ったものになっている。
　時代遅れになった伝統 ?　ラサール主義及び俗流社会主義という両者?　の強力な残滓は、主要な点では除去されている。そして、その理論的な側面に関しては、この草案は全体としては、今日の科学の土台に立っており、この土台から論じることができる。
　It is divided into three sections: I. The Preamble, II. Political Demands, III. Demands for Measures of Protection for the Workers.
　草案は三つの部分から成り立っている。即ち、１、作成理由、２、政治的諸要求、３、労働者保護の政策諸要求、である。
